How pricing works
The price depends on the length of the session. You see it on the booking page before you confirm, never after.
What decides the price
The length of the session, and the kind of session you choose. You see the price for your session when you book.
Length: 45, 60 or 90 minutes
A lymphatic, after-surgery or maintenance session
Extra time added on the day
What the consultation covers
The short talk at the start, and reading your surgeon's note, are part of your session, not an extra. A first visit simply runs a little longer.
Canceling or running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, so the time can go to someone else. If you are unwell, or your surgeon asks you to wait, tell us and we will move your visit.
More time on the day
If you would like more time, ask Dorinda. When the next appointment allows it she adds it, and the added minutes are on your bill. Nothing is added unless you say yes.
Tipping
Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be any amount, and the person who receives it books any session they like. Buy one online from the gift cards page.
