Our policies

You are covered by a sheet the whole time. Only the area we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on. Undress only as far as you are comfortable; whatever you keep on, we work around.

Lymphatic work is light, and before we start we ask what pressure you would like and any area to avoid. Tell us at any time to go lighter or a little firmer. You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like, for any reason, and we stop right away.

After surgery we ask for your surgeon's go-ahead and a note before your first visit. If you are unsure whether massage is right for you right now, ask your surgeon or doctor first. We cannot make that call for you, and we will move a visit if you are asked to wait.

Wear soft, loose clothing and bring your surgeon's note. We use little or no oil, and we can tell you every ingredient we use. Tell us about any fragrance or nut allergy when you book.

Choose a length and a day on the booking page. A card holds your time, and you see the price before you confirm. There is no deposit.

Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel a visit. If you are running late, the session is shortened to end on time for the next client. If you are unwell, or your surgeon asks you to wait, tell us and we will move your visit without question.

If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive, the visit counts as a missed appointment and the usual late-cancel terms apply. We would rather hear from you, so call or text and we will find another day.

Massage is for adults. A companion is welcome to wait in the front room, and Dorinda can talk with them before or after the session.

If a session was not right, tell us within a week and we will look at it together.

Tipping is optional and always appreciated. You can add it when you pay.
